This plain corrugated box is also known as carton box and cardboard box. It is a reinforced version of the corrugated fiberboard made of three layers, inner layer, middle layer, and outer layer, in which middle layer has fluted fiberboard that improves cushioning and protects inside content from damage. We source top-grade fiberboard material from the authorized vendors to leverage its properties, which we process and assemble in the specified size using the cutting-edge corrugators and knowledge we have. We use starch-based adhesive to join the layers, which is derived from natural substances only, making it safe for food storage too. We also perform the bursting strength test, vibration test, and crushing test on the final product to ascertain its tear resistance, weight limits, and breaking strength and load endurance capacity.
We can make these plain corrugated boxes in thicknesses ranging from 100 GSM to 230 GSM, and also can make a heavy-duty range of 300 GSM thickness on customer demand. Likewise, we can make this plain corrugated boxes in 3 ply, 5ply, 7ply as well as 9 plies and any die cut shape as per customer requirements.
